Runaway Zhang Dia tops 'Pyramid Game' in weekly paid subscribers

"Pyramid Game" continues to be a hot topic.

"The original series 'Pyramid Game' (written by Choi Soo-i and directed by Park So-yeon) ranked first in the number of weekly paid subscribers," TVing announced in an official press release on the 18th. This is the second week in a row that it has been on top.

"Pyramid Game" depicts a brutal survival pecking order war in the fifth class of Baekyeon Girls' High School, where perpetrators, victims, and bystanders are all mixed together.

The seventh and eighth episodes, which were released on the 14th, depicted Sung Soo-yeon (Kim Ji-yeon), Myung Ja-eun (Ryu Da-in), Lim Yerim (Kang Na-eun), and Song Jae-hyung (Oh Se-eun) standing up to the "game designer" Baek Ha-lin (Jang Da-ah). The four became true friends by strengthening their faith in the midst of the crisis.

After Baek Ha Rin failed in her plan to take down the four, she switched her target to Myung Ja Eun. When Bai Haolin visited her, he cut off her hair and threatened to make her do what Sungsuji did if she didn't return to F. Eventually, she decided to become F and began distancing herself from Sungsuji. Sung-soo-ji, who immediately realized the change in Myung-jae-eun, said, "Come play with me," and tried to comfort her.

Faced with a crisis, Sungsuji's next plan was to take advantage of the fact that the pyramid game was emphasized as a game for everyone. The idea was that if the majority abandoned the game, the "everyone's game" would collapse. It will be interesting to see if this plan will succeed.

Meanwhile, the ninth and tenth episodes of "Pyramid Game" will be released on Thursday, the 21st.
