Adore Appoints Three New Board Members Nominated by Hive, Removes Vice Chairman Shin and Director Kim

Three people nominated by Hive have been appointed to the new board of directors of Adore, the agency of Group Newzine.

On the 31st, according to the music industry, ADORE held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting at its headquarters in downtown Seoul that morning and appointed Kim Joo-young, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Lee Jae-sang, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and Lee Kyung-joon, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who were recommended by Hive, as new company directors.

Existing in-house directors Shin Mo Shin and Kim Mo Kim, who were part of Heejin Min, CEO of Adore, have been dismissed.

This reorganization resulted in a one-three board of directors.
