Voynextdoor to decorate WeaversCon 2024 day and night

BOYNEXTDOOR (Sungho, Liu, Myungjaehyun, TaeSan, Leehan, and Unhak) attended the 2024 Weverse Con Festival (WeConf) held at the Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon, South Korea on July 15th. The group performed at both outdoor and indoor venues, making their second appearance at the festival after last year. They stood out for the delicacy of organizing their setlists with songs arranged according to the characteristics of each venue, and at the indoor performance, they even held a surprise collaboration with tribute artist Park Jin-young.

Voynextdoor set the stage for the band's outdoor performance at Discovery Park. They opened the show with their debut song "One and Only" to kick off Wiconfé, followed by a four-song set that included "So let's go see the stars. The audience, who filled the green lawn, swayed their shoulders to the music and cheered for Boy Next Door, enjoying the midday festival. After the outdoor performance, the members had a talk with MC Jaejae and interacted with the audience.

The indoor performance at Inspire Arena showed off Boy Next Door's solid skills. Opening the show with a powerful cheer, the members performed 'Earth, Wind & Fire', 'So let's go see the stars', 'OUR', and 'Serenade'. Unlike their outdoor performances, where the band's arrangements emphasized a free-flowing atmosphere, the structured performance gave off the energy of 'Believe Next Door'.

The joint stage with Park Jin Young also left many highlights. Dressed in white suits, the members joined Park Jin Young on stage to perform his hit song "You're the Only One. The sophisticated original song, the energetic performance, and the members' playful facial expressions made the stage look like a musical. The group ended the special performance with a rousing rendition of "Don't Leave Me" with the other artists on the tribute stage.

Voynextdoor said, "We are honored to share our stage with the audience. We enjoyed the happy and positive atmosphere of the festival, with a lot of enthusiasm from everyone. We were determined to make sure that those who saw us for the first time would remember all of our faces. We hope you had a lot of fun," he concluded.

After Wiconfé, VNextdoor will be traveling to music festivals across Asia. On July 19, they will perform at the 2024 TMEA 5th Tencent Music Entertainment Awards at the Galaxy Arena in Macau. The group will then headline Japan's largest music festival, SUMMER SONIC 2024, on August 18 at Tokyo Jojomarine Stadium and Makuhari Messe.
