Thought it was going out of business, Thinkenter changes its name to Art M&C

The agency Think Entertainment has changed its name.

The company has changed its name.

According to the Culture Daily on the 20th, Think Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as ThinkEnter) recently changed its name to Art M&C. Initially, ThinkEnter was known to be going out of business.

Art M&C completed its registration on the 11th of this month, and appointed Yeon Mo-soo as its new corporate director. Broadcaster Jung Chan-woo, who was one of the major shareholders, will continue as auditor. First appointed as an auditor of Thinkent in March 2020, Jung was reappointed in March last year after completing a three-year term.

Thinkent has been in the news for its possible closure since Kim Hojoong's alleged drunken hit-and-run last month. At the time, the agency revealed that all employees involved in the incident had left the company, saying, "We are reviewing whether to continue the management business in the future. We are considering whether to continue the management business in the future, putting the opinions of our artists first, and intend to terminate the exclusive contract without any conditions upon discussion." In fact, Son Ho Joon, Hong Jiyoon, Young Ki, and Jung Da Kyung have since left the company.

Rather than going out of business, Hana ThinkEnter raised eyebrows by applying for a mission change. The company will exit the management business for the time being, but will continue to operate in other areas.
