The 3WAY Project is a project that aims to debut as a group with a fully formed fanbase, based on a groundbreaking system of coexisting auditions and performances, while finding K-POP boy group members through promotions and auditions in Japan, the United States, and Europe.

The 3WAY project consists of six members, starting with Woosuk, a former member of the boy group survival program "Boys Planet" produced by Mnet and a core member of the project, followed by Donghyun, Hyeechan, and Jungyoon from Korea, and Rintaro and Ryo from Japan.

The final song, "On My Way," was produced by Cho Young-bae, who wrote "Call 119" by Japanese group INI, which reached No. 1 on Japan's Oricon chart; Lee Joo-hyung, who produced a song by famous Filipino artist SB19; Chang-ha, the producer of Lady's Code's Sojung's solo song; and artist Dezla.

"On My Way" is an EDM song characterized by a lyrical atmosphere and electric sound, and it tells the story of fulfilling dreams without wavering no matter what by comparing the passion for dreams to the heart for the object of love.
