Nam Sang-mi makes screen comeback in 'Dear Name'...and promises a heartwarming performance
Nam Sang-mi's agency J.R.E.T. said on the 1st, "Actress Nam Sang-mi, who has been loved for her crystal-clear beauty and delicate acting on the screen and in brown cinemas, has taken on the role of Jung Jung-soo, the heroine of the movie 'To the Name'."
The movie 'To the Name' is a calm and beautiful portrayal of the journey of the main characters, who have their own stories, to reflect on themselves. Nam Sang-mi plays Jung Jung-soo, a bright and cheerful owner who runs a guesthouse, Blue Bird Garden, in Gangwon-do, where the film is set.
Nam Sang-mi, who returned to work after a long absence since her 2018 SBS drama, "If You Think You Can Talk to Her," said, "I was drawn to the heartwarming scenario. I liked Hae-soo's character in 'Dear Name' who has inner pain but stands there cheerfully and brightly without being shy, and I wanted to be Hae-soo. I hope it will be a warm movie so that the feelings I shared with the crew during filming can be conveyed to the viewers."
At this point, attention is focused on the gentle emotions and long aftermath that Nam Sang-mi will deliver in 'Dear Name.
