Singer Yoon Min-soo's son Yoon-hoo has announced that he has been accepted to a prestigious university in the United States.

Yoon Min-soo said on his social media on the 1st, "After all the announcements, Yoon-hoo has finally decided on a school."

On the same day, Yoon Min-soo revealed a picture of him toasting with Yoon-hoo, saying, "You were wondering, I'm going to show off to my heart's content~ Please congratulate me."

According to Yoon Min-soo, Yoon-hoo's school is the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It is a research-oriented public university in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, United States, and belongs to the public Ivy League. It is the largest and oldest university in the University of North Carolina system, the first institution of higher education in North Carolina, founded in 1789, and one of the oldest public universities in the United States.

The university is notoriously difficult to admit, with only about 6% of its students being international students. In politics, the university has produced James K. Polk, the 11th president of the United States; William R. King, the 13th vice president of the United States; and James E. Webb, the director of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the man in charge of the Apollo program.
