The late Park Yong-ha, 14th anniversary today (30th)...Hallyu star who became a star

It has been 14 years since the late actor Park Yong-ha left the public eye.

Park Yong-ha was found dead on June 30, 2010, at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. He was 32 years old.

At the time, Park Yong-ha was reportedly under extreme stress over his entertainment career, his personal business endeavors and his father's cancer battle.

Park Yong-ha made his debut in MBC's "Theme Game" in 1994 and rose to Hallyu stardom in 2002 with KBS2's "Winter Solstice." He went on to star in the dramas "See and Be Seen" and "The Last Days. He went on to appear in the dramas "See and Be Seen," "Loving You," "On Air," and the movie "Operation."

Particularly, Park Yong-ha began his singing career in 2003 with his first album, "Gibeol," and was loved in Japan. He won the Japan Golden Disk Award for five consecutive years starting in 2005.

It has been 14 years since the late singer passed away, but he is still remembered by his colleagues in the entertainment industry. Singer and actor Kim Jaejoong posted on social media in June last year that he had visited Park Yong Ha's mausoleum, writing, "Please continue to shine brightly so that we can remember you as a star in the sky for a long time. I'll come back to say hello again."

In February of this year, broadcaster Kim Jun-hee also expressed her gratitude, saying, "Seeing the vivid live flowers laid out, it seems that there are still fans who have not forgotten about him."
