Greetings. This is Pledis Entertainment.

We have recently become aware of the ongoing socially unacceptable behavior of TWS, a rookie artist, who has been posting and disseminating posts and comments on various online communities, social media, and music sites, including defamation, insults, spreading falsehoods, and malicious slander.

We have been monitoring malicious posts and comments that promote unfounded rumors aimed at maligning artists online through real-time monitoring to identify trends in such posts and secure evidence, and have filed a complaint with the investigative agency based on reports from fans. In particular, we are taking strong action against those who create and spread rumors that are completely untrue regarding TWS's album and recording performance. We have been monitoring and collecting related posts and comments in real time and have included them in the complaint. We would like to clarify that the recent rumors related to TWS's recordings and performance are not true.

We will continue to regularly take legal action against malicious acts related to our artists in order to protect their rights and interests. Please note that there will be no advance payment or settlement in this process.

Fans' interest and reports have been a great support for our legal action. Therefore, if you find any malicious posts or illegal cases related to TWS, please actively report them through the Pledis legal response account.

Thank you for your love and interest in TWS.

Pledis Entertainment will continue to strive to protect the rights and interests of our artists.
