Park Eun-Seok's 'I'm not afraid to treat you' has the perfect intensity control

Actor Park Eun-seok is making his presence felt with a class apart performance:

In "Treat Me Carelessly" (Written by Park Yoo-mi / Directed by Jang Yang-ho / Planned by KBS / Produced by Fantasio / Based on Naver Webtoon by Sun-woo), Park Eun-seok (played by Lee Joon-ho) continues his stellar performance as he takes the center of a cultural property theft case by storm.

In the drama, Lee Joon-ho (played by Park Eun-seok) stood out as a grown-up man, with a sincere personality and the charisma to lead Seongsan Hall. However, he doesn't hide his overwhelming hostility toward Shin Soo-geun (Sun Woo Jae-duk), the head of Seongsan Village, hinting that there's something sinister in both Lee Joon-ho and Shin Soo-geun's past.

During his time as a slave in Seongsan Village, Lee Joon-ho had to endure the harsh treatment he received because of his status. When young Shin Yibok (Jo In) fell ill with a fever, Shin Soo-geun blamed him for everything and he grew up without the warmth of an adult's touch. His frustration and tears turned into resentment and anger, and Lee Joon-ho became a major figure in the theft of cultural assets, working with the masterminds to bring down Seongsan Village, and participating in the creation of fake cultural assets.

Park Eun-seok conveys his accumulated childhood wounds with a single glance. His usually soft and gentle eyes became as sharp as a sharpened knife when he was involved with Seongsan Village, capturing both the desperation and recklessness of a man who dreams of revenge. However, when he confronted Join (played by Shin Yi-bok), the only person who gave him his heart, he looked at her with more gentle eyes, richly portraying the multi-layered and volatile emotions of his character.

Park Eun-seok also captivated viewers with his perfect control of intensity. When he vents his past frustrations on Kim Myung-soo (played by Shin Yoon-bok) after being caught stealing a cultural artifact, he restrained his anger and sadness, but his character's hurt was still conveyed, and when faced with a life-threatening situation, he synchronized the viewer with his emotions through his vacant, yet finely twitching eyes and a fly-like expression of sensitivity.

In this way, Park brings conviction to the life of Gwihan Lee Joon-ho, adding another layer of interest to the film. Above all, Park Eun-suk's wide range of emotions, based on his various work experiences, makes his character shine even brighter.

With Lee Joon-ho's life in danger of being stabbed at the end of the 14th episode, many people are wondering what kind of performance Park Eun-suk will give to leave a lasting impression on many people's minds.

The KBS 2TV Monday-Tuesday drama 'Treat Me Carelessly', where you can check out Park Eun-seok's masterful performance as a man who wants to indulge himself, will air 15 episodes on Monday, July 1 at 10:10 p.m.
