PD Kim Tae Ho talks about his company TEO.

On the morning of the 28th, on KBS Cool FM's 'Park Myung Soo's Radio Show' (hereinafter 'Radio Show'), PD Kim Tae Ho, who returned to 'My name is Gabriel', appeared as a guest.

On this day, Park Myung Soo asked, "Doesn't PD Na Young Suk have his own division, belonging to a company called Eggs Coming, and is there a division for PD Kim Tae Ho?" To which Kim Tae Ho replied, "PD Na has been working with the core crew for almost 10 years at tvN, but at TEO, I'm the only one from MBC, and there are PDs from other stations and platforms, so there is no division."

Kim continued, "Each broadcaster has a different infrastructure and heritage, and there is a culture that is passed down without training or teaching. TEO is a multicultural group because we all come from different backgrounds, so we continue to build the system," he explained.

When asked how he communicates with junior PDs, Kim said, "I tend to listen to them a lot, but they find it difficult. If I talk too long, I try to convince them, so I try to keep the conversation short and leave them to reflect on it alone. I try to listen as much as possible."
