Rise receives rave reviews for "expanding its own genre of 'emotional pop'"

The group RIIZE has created a global hit combo with their new song "Combo.

To celebrate their first anniversary, RIIZE will release an epilogue album with a total of nine songs, including the new song "Combo," to their first mini album, "RIIZING," on September 19th.

The album is available now.

The release of 'Combo' in particular has drawn renewed attention to Rise from overseas media, with British music publication DORK writing of the song, "Rise's unique genre of 'emotional pop' is expanded with drums, electric guitar, and vocals."

"Combo" was also featured on Rolling Stone's "New Songs to Listen to All Week" list and was named one of Teen Vogue's "Best New Songs of September 2024," with the publication saying, "Rise breaks new ground vocally while maintaining her trademark emotional style.

The epilogue album has also been ranked No. 1 on the Korean Music Weekly Chart, No. 1 on the Rapidly Rising Chart, and No. 2 on the Trending Peak Chart on China's largest music platform QQ Music since its release, demonstrating Rise's high local popularity.

Meanwhile, Rise has successfully performed in 10 regions around the world, including Seoul, Tokyo, Mexico City, LA, Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta, with their first FAN CON tour "RIIZING DAY," and will culminate their FAN CON tour on September 13-15 at KSPO DOME in Seoul Olympic Park.
