'SM Power Steadfast' Taeyeon - NCT 127 - ESPA, No. 1 in music broadcasting by 3 companies

SM Entertainment's (SM) Taeyeon, NCT 127, and Espa have once again demonstrated the power of SM by taking the top spots on the three major music broadcasts.

NCT 127, Taeyeon, and ESP took the top spots on KBS2's "Music Bank," MBC's "Show! Music Center," and SBS's "Popular Yo," which were broadcast on the 12th and 14th of this month, respectively, showing their ability to start a streak of success from the new year and raising expectations for SM artists to continue in 2024.

With "Drama," the title track of their fourth mini-album released last November, ESPAR achieved a triple crown by taking the top spot for the third time on "Popular Yo," which aired on the 14th, proving the group's popularity as a music powerhouse that is still on top of the music charts.

Taeyeon also took the top spot on "Show! Music Center" on the 13th with "To. X," the title track of her fifth mini-album released last November, proving the long-running popularity of Taeyeon, who, along with ESP, continues to be loved by listeners more than a month after its release.

In addition, NCT 127 continued their popularity by winning the number one trophy for the second week in a row on "Music Bank," which aired on the 12th with the title track of their winter special single, "Be There For Me," showing the influence of SM artists and the high interest of music fans.

After proving its strong brand power through the active performances of its artists, SM will hold "SMTOWN LIVE 2024 SMCU PALACE @TOKYO" on February 21 and 22 at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.
