lesserafim Announces 'Smart' After 'Easy'...and the Next Song Activity

LE SSERAFIM, who swept the charts at home and abroad with their new song "EASY," is set to release a follow-up song.

LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chae Won, Sakura, Heo Yoon Jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun Chae) announced the start of their follow-up activities by posting a teaser for the music video for their mini album "Smart" on Hive Labels' YouTube channel at 0:00 on the 5th.

In the video, Heo Yoon-jin is seen drinking coffee while wearing rimless glasses and a white shirt. He loses sight of the coffee in his hand and nonchalantly pushes up his glasses, stimulating the viewer's curiosity. The music video for "Smart" will be released on June 6 at 0:00.

Starting with Mnet's "M Countdown" on the 7th, LeSeraphim will be performing the follow-up song "Smart" on KBS2's "Music Bank," MBC's "Show! Music Center," and SBS's "Popular Yo. The song garnered attention as soon as it was released at a showcase on March 19. The choreography of the chorus, which features pelvic movements, has been trending on short-form platforms such as YouTube shorts, Instagram releases, and TikTok, sparking a dance challenge craze.

The popularity of "Smart" helped it reach No. 134 on Spotify's latest Weekly Top Songs Global (Feb. 23-29), marking a milestone for the first song from a Le Seraphim album to reach the chart. Its popularity in Korea is also on the rise. The song entered the latest (March 3) Mellon Daily Chart at No. 91 and is quickly climbing the ranks of the real-time Top 100 chart.

In May of last year, LeSeraphim released their first full-length album, "UNFORGIVEN" and its follow-up "Eve, Psyche, and the Bluebeard's Wife," both of which were simultaneous hits. In this mini 3rd album activity, "Easy" and "Smart" are expected to drive the popularity of "Pair".
