BTS Jay Hop "You'll Get to Know Me Better" Documentary Interview Released

BTS's J-Hope has expressed his excitement for the documentary series.

J-Hope shared his excitement for the upcoming release of the documentary series "HOPE ON THE STREET" through an online video posted on BTS's official social media accounts on May 25.

"It's a documentary that tells the story of my roots, my activities, and the most important thing in my life, 'dance,'" J-Hope said, introducing HOPE ON THE STREET, "I think it will be a documentary where you can get to know me better. It will be fun to watch, listen to, and enjoy in many ways. I would appreciate it if you can recognize that J-HOPE dances like this, and I dance like this."

He concluded with an affectionate message to ARMY (his fandom name), saying, "Hey guys, J-Hope danced, and I hope you like it."

HOPE ON THE STREET is a documentary that follows J-HOPE's journey to Osaka, Japan; Paris, France; New York City, USA; and Seoul and Gwangju, South Korea, where he had an unforgettable time meeting and interacting with street dancers. The documentary series is an organic companion piece to the special album of the same name. Both are based on the "dance" that is at the core of J-Hope's life, and the episodic content of the documentary and the songs on the special album are closely linked in terms of message and music.

Meanwhile, HOPE ON THE STREET, which consists of six episodes, will release new episodes every Thursday and Friday on Teevee and Prime Video, starting on the 28th of this month. J-HOPE will continue its various promotions by simultaneously releasing the special album "HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1" worldwide on March 29 at 1 p.m. and holding a pop-up "HOPE ON THE STREET" POP-UP in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul from March 30 to April 5.
