Blackpink's Rose is going to Teddy's arms..."We are discussing an exclusive contract"

Rose

BLACKPINK member Rose is discussing The Black Label Row.

A representative for The Black Label told TVEdaily on Sunday morning that the label is "currently in discussions" with Rose about signing her to an exclusive contract.

BLACKPINK signed an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment last year for their team activities. However, they decided to keep their individual activities separate. Jenny launched her own label, Eau de Atelier, in December last year, and Lisa launched her own label in February this year. Jisoo launched her own label, Blissu, under the brand of her biological brother. The only one left is Rose, who is reportedly in talks with The Black Label, which is currently headed by Teddy.

The Black Label was founded in 2016 by Teddy, a former member of YG Entertainment's One Time, and is home to BIGBANG's Taeyang, Jeon So Mi, Giant, and actors Park Bo Gum and Lee Jong Won.

The Black Label

Teddy has worked with Rose on a number of songs while under YG Entertainment, from BLACKPINK's debut song "Whistle" to "Like the Last Time," "To Do Do Do Do," "How You Like That," and more.
