"In particular, malicious rumors and falsehoods that are clearly unrelated to the artist have become unacceptably serious, and we have decided that it is urgent to take strong legal action against them."

"Accordingly, we have submitted a complaint to law enforcement agencies by sampling posts and comments on various online communities and social media, and we will continue to sample malicious posts and file complaints on a regular basis," KOZ warned, adding, "We would also like to clarify that the recent rumors about our artists are untrue and we will take a strong response to them."

"We will continue to take strict action against malicious posters based on evidence collected through fan reports and our own monitoring to protect the rights and interests of our artists, and we will hold them accountable to the end, no matter how long it takes. There will be no plea bargains or settlements," he warned.

On April 22, SBS's "It Wants to Know" aired an investigation into the robbery of the late Guhara's home safe. The program analyzed CCTV footage, identifying gait and montages to build a picture of the culprit.
